📦 Order Processing Times

Once you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days for us to carefully prepare, pack, and hand it off to our shipping carrier. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on the move.

Shipping times below reflect transit time only after your order has been dispatched. Delays may occur depending on your location or customs processing.

Once your order is handed off to the carrier, it's in transit and out of our direct control. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or you suspect it was lost or stolen:
