If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@tryvelisse.com.
After this window, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to make any changes. If your cancellation is successful, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We encourage you to use your Velisse products for at least 14 days before considering a return, as consistent use is key to seeing real results.
If after 14 days (but within 30 days of your delivery date) you’re still not satisfied, you can request a refund.

📦 Damaged Items
We carefully package every order, but in the rare event your product arrives damaged or defective, please email support@tryvelisse.com within 72 hours of delivery.
To report a damaged item:

Please note: Cosmetic damage to packaging (like dents or creases) does not qualify as product damage. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items damaged through normal use or misuse.
